Professional Counseling Referral Service
St Brendan offers a professional Counseling and Referral Service for individual, couple and family counseling.
Anyone in need of help can call the parish office (323 936 4656 ext. 265) and leave a message for one of our counselors. Your call will be returned within a couple of days to schedule an appointment. If you need immediate assistance, please call the parish secretary and she will contact a counselor who will try to return your call that day.
The counselors will see people for two to three sessions and give referrals that will best meet the needs of the individual. It is the responsibility of the individuals to assess if the referrals are appropriate adn work for them. The counselors cannot guarantee every referral.
Counselors participating include a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and an MFT Intern.
