Mothers Outreach Ministry (MOMS)
Mission
To give mothers an opportunity to make a difference in the community in a playgroup environment. Projects may be mother’s group only or in conjunction with another parish group.
Goals
- To offer mothers and their children an opportunity to meet and become active in our parish community.
- To accomplish a monthly mission project (unless otherwise designated) as a means of reaching out to those who need help in our parish and community.
Schedule
Meet the 1st & 3rd Wednesdays of every month from 9:30am-10:30am in the Parish Hall to choose a monthly project and delegate responsibilities (may include bulletin announcements, phone reminders, signs, etc.).
Resources
The group is self-sufficient. Small fundraisers or a small voluntary donation from members of the group may be necessary on occasion to cover the costs of monthly supplies and projects. Many projects may require no financial resources.
